By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by p999app at https://p999app.app (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "p999app", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and p999app.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on p999app at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

p999app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g. JazzCash account screenshot)
• A selfie or live photograph for facial verification purposes
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. p999app will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your p999app balance in real time or within a maximum of ten (10) minutes under normal network conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. p999app does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Once verified, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to standard interbank processing schedules.

4.4 Refused Transactions

p999app offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
